We are now providing a healthy food service to Ennistymon Community School.
The compact nature of the school building meant that we did not have enough space to put in a fully operational canteen so we set about designing a mobile facility that would allow for a varied range of options to be made available to the students. The mobile counter allowed us to place the unit in a position where it would not take up valuable space when it was not in use.
I really wish we had built it on site as it was an absolute nightmare to carry a seven foot counter into position
